Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new client appointments and building a sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory. They will possess strong presentation and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach, and be able to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
- Secure prospective client appointments via targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
- Update sales software database daily/weekly as advised by Sales Management.
- Prepare for client appointments by performing client research, tailoring sales materials, and using available resources.
- Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and implement follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- A valid driver's license.
The salary range for this position is $55,600 - $65,000 per year, plus uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually and a monthly car allowance of $500 + mileage reimbursement.
