As a Sales and Account Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new clients, selling tailored insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, marketing campaigns, networking events, community activities, and professional organizations.
  • Develop and establish a sales pipeline and process.
  • Effectively manage referrals, cold calls, and other prospects.
  • BUILD AND ESTABLISH STRATEGIC PARTNERS AND EFFECTIVE REFERRAL PROGRAMS WITHIN TARGET MARKETS AND NICHE AREAS.

Requirements:
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty prior to start of employment.
  • Licensed in Life and Health within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Acord forms, and other relevant insurance platforms.
