Job Description
  • The Staff Accountant role is part of our Accounting Department, assisting the Senior Staff Accountant with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, payroll, and various office tasks.
  • You will have opportunities to learn and take on responsibilities in multiple facets of a business, including account reconciliations, transaction research, and report production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations.
  • Research transaction history to resolve unreconciled items.
  • Process statements for Accounts Receivable and HOA accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to subsidiary accounts.
  • Process bi-monthly payroll through a third-party vendor.
  • Make journal and ledger entries as directed.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Previous accounts payable and/or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
