Job Overview

At Orland Toyota, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As an Automotive Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle all incoming internet inquiries, emails, texts, and social media. You'll respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner, assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.

You'll also direct customers to product information resources, including those available online, and deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
