As a Sales BDC/Delivery Specialist at Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park, you will play a vital role in the sales process and customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, generating sales leads, and delivering vehicles to customers.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels, recording and maintaining accurate documentation of customer inquiries, leads, and transactions in the CRM system, and generating sales leads by identifying potential customers and gathering their contact information.
You will also assist customers in selecting and configuring vehicles based on their preferences and needs, coordinate test drives and follow up with customers to provide additional information, conduct vehicle deliveries, and explain vehicle features, warranties, and services to customers.
Additionally, you will coordinate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate the sales process, stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends, and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools, and a passion for automobiles and knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
