Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Business Development Center Manager to lead our Sales Business Development Center (BDC) operations at Subaru Evergreen Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing our dealership's presence in the community and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales BDC operations to ensure effective lead management and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor BDC staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversion rates, and increase sales revenue.
  • Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting, and closing ratios, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align BDC activities with dealership goals and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about Subaru products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales BDC management or similar role required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and brand philosophy preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
