Automotive Sales Manager

At Auto Park Ford Bremen, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. As our Automotive Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal by leading our sales team to meet or exceed sales quotas and CSI scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve CSI scores
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales and management experience in a high-volume dealership
- Strong business acumen and sales aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
