Job OverviewAs a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO Team Nichols, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists. You will also participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry trends. In addition, you will compile and maintain decision maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales territory goals. If you have a proven track record in sales and marketing, a strong business and financial background, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle and maintaining assigned contact lists
  • Participate in professional associations and host lunch-and-learns to promote continuing education
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients
  • Provide owners and sales and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings to discuss sales strategies
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals


Requirements
  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience with a hunter sales mentality
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing within the service sector
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
