ONSITE

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Policies and Procedures Administrator to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

The Policies and Procedures Administrator will independently develop and sustain a structured database that outlines policies, procedures, and associated best practices for each operational unit within the organization. This role involves collaboration with various departments and senior leadership to ensure seamless operations that maximize efficiency while adhering to all regulatory standards.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to determine policy and procedure priorities
  • Conducting research and drafting detailed policy and procedure documents aligned with business objectives, compliance, and legal standards
  • Revising existing policy and procedure documentation
  • Establishing and managing an accessible procedure database
  • Working with the training department to ensure training materials reflect the latest policies and procedures
  • Performing additional related tasks as required
  • Exhibiting behaviors that align with the organization's culture and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly in the mortgage sector, is preferred
