Program Manager (Active Secret Clearance) Position

Company Overview:

ASRC Federal is seeking a Program Manager with an active Secret clearance to become a vital part of their team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with a prominent organization in the sector.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate operational support activities for multiple intricate project assignments.
  • Lead teams of contract support personnel across various locations.
  • Maintain and cultivate client relationships at senior management levels.
  • Engage with clients and contractors to assess task plans and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to program timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Generate technical and financial reports to illustrate project advancements.
  • Administer project planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, performance metrics, and quality assurance.
  • Manage customer relationships through regular meetings and updates.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on project status and potential risks along with mitigation strategies.
  • Guarantee that services are rendered in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee resources and risks across all program domains.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in programs of comparable size and complexity.
  • Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Management are preferred.
