Overview

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate the comprehensive project management cycle, which includes planning, monitoring, controlling, and executing projects effectively.

· Assist in the formulation of project timelines and strategic plans.

· Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.

· Monitor and evaluate documentation updates, supporting the configuration management process.

· Work alongside executives, the Project Manager, business operations, and engineering teams to provide essential procurement support.

· Ensure adherence to established purchasing protocols and policies.

Qualifications

· A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in procurement, scheduling, and process compliance.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong data collection, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

· Candidates must be eligible for and capable of maintaining an Active Secret Clearance.
