Senior Program Coordinator (C-UAS Command and Control)

Axient Corp is seeking a skilled Senior Program Coordinator to support the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) sector. This role is based in a dynamic environment where the Senior Program Coordinator will assist the C-UAS Product Manager (PM) by ensuring effective program coordination aligned with the PM's objectives and the overall mission of PEO MS C-UAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assignment, tracking, and configuration management of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks related to C-UAS Command and Control.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management systems to enhance the integration efforts among C-UAS Command and Control personnel and other program offices.
  • Manage the Director's calendar; prioritize requests and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Serve as a liaison for PEO MS and IFRCO leadership, maintaining the Director's strategic messaging and situational awareness.
  • Organize and manage all aspects of the Director's meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation distribution.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks that enable the Director to lead effectively, including project assistance, document preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all Director-related matters, including sensitive issues.
  • Analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions that align with the Director's preferences and organizational policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with senior leadership and program teams to collect and disseminate necessary information.
  • Assess project statuses by coordinating with points of contact and provide accurate updates to the Director.
  • Manage office services for the C-UAS Command and Control organization, developing policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must possess a transferable DoD security clearance at the SECRET level, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project.
  • A Master's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience in military or acquisition operations, including at least 3 years in a program management office at the aide/Executive Officer level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active/transferrable TS/SCI clearance with current investigation.
  • 18 years of experience in industry, Federal Government, or SETA/FFRDC supporting DoD and Federal Government acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD systems acquisition and program management principles, policies, and practices.
  • Familiarity with classified and SAP work.
  • Understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques for evaluating acquisition program effectiveness.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality acquisition documentation.
  • DAWIA Program Management certification and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
