Axient Corp is seeking a Lead Program Coordinator to join the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS), Integrated Fires Rapid Capabilities Office (IFRCO). This role will provide essential support to the Integrated Fires Senior Leader, ensuring comprehensive program coordination aligned with the Director's priorities and the overarching mission of PEO MS IFRCO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assignment, tracking, and configuration management of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks related to the Software Integration Facility.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and repositories to enhance the integration efforts among Software Integration Facility personnel and other program offices.
  • Manage the Director's calendar; prioritize inquiries and requests while resolving conflicts and making recommendations for seamless daily operations.
  • Act as a liaison, providing support to PEO MS and IFRCO leadership, ensuring the Director's strategic messaging and situational awareness are consistently upheld.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Director's meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of program materials for review.
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Director's leadership, including special project assistance, document design, report preparation, and correspondence management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all Director-related matters, including those of a sensitive nature.
  • Analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions that align with the Director's preferences and organizational policies, ensuring all actions are tracked to completion.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with senior leadership, operations staff, and program integration teams through regular meetings and informal interactions.
  • Assess project statuses by collaborating with points of contact and other organizational members to provide accurate updates to the Director.
  • Manage all aspects of the Software Integration Facility's office services, evaluating and developing office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Must possess a transferrable DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project.
  • Bachelor's degree with five years or ten years of relevant experience in military or acquisition operations, including at least three years in an Army acquisition program management office at the aide/Executive Officer level.

Desirable:

  • Active/transferrable TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree and/or ten years of experience in the relevant technical/professional field.
  • Extensive experience in industry, Federal Government, or SETA/FFRDC supporting DoD and Federal Government acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD systems acquisition principles and program management practices.
  • Experience with classified and SAP work.
  • Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to develop quality acquisition and program documentation.
  • DAWIA Program Management certification and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
