Radiance Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior Program Coordinator to support the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS), specifically within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) sector.

The Senior Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the C-UAS Product Manager (PM) by delivering extensive program management and coordination aligned with the PM's objectives and the overarching mission of PEO MS C-UAS.

This role demands the ability to foresee the PM's requirements and exhibit strong analytical skills to devise, propose, and implement solutions to both routine challenges and unique scenarios.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and support.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential in this high-pressure environment to aid the PM in accurately evaluating the workforce's atmosphere, morale, and operational readiness.

The individual must demonstrate efficiency across various tasks, from organizing meetings and schedules to responding to organizational needs, thereby contributing to ongoing internal improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the assignment, monitoring, and configuration management of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks related to the C-UAS Command and Control.

2. Develop and sustain knowledge management systems and repositories to ensure seamless integration efforts among C-UAS Command and Control personnel and other program offices.

3. Manage the calendar for the Director; prioritize inquiries and requests while resolving conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to facilitate smooth daily operations.

4. Act as a liaison and provide assistance to PEO MS and IFRCO leadership, ensuring the Director's strategic messaging and situational awareness are consistently upheld.

5. Organize and manage all aspects of the Director's meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; create, compile, and distribute program materials for both internal and external review; and document meeting minutes.

6. Execute a wide range of administrative tasks that enable the Director to lead the organization effectively, including supporting special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; gathering and preparing information for meetings with staff and external parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and maintaining contact lists.

7. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the Director, including those of a highly sensitive or critical nature.

8. Analyze situations, prioritize actions, and recommend appropriate courses of action that align with the Director's preferences and organizational policies, tracking all actions to completion.

9. Maintain open lines of communication with senior leadership, operational staff, and program integration teams through regular meetings and informal interactions, collecting and providing information and documents as necessary.

10. Assess project statuses by coordinating with points of contact and other organizational members to deliver accurate daily updates to the Director or other authorized personnel.

11. Manage all facets of the C-UAS Command and Control organization's office services.

12. Evaluate and assist in formulating office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization expands.

13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Must possess a transferable DoD security clearance, with a current investigation at the SECRET level, and maintain it throughout employment.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project.

A Master's Degree and/or 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of relevant experience supporting military or acquisition operations, including at least 3 years in an Army acquisition program management office at the aide/Executive Officer level.

Desired Qualifications:

Active/transferrable/sustainable TS/SCI with a current investigation at the required level.

20 years of experience in industry, Federal Government, or SETA/FFRDC roles supporting DoD and Federal Government acquisition.

Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of DoD systems acquisition and program management, as outlined in relevant regulations, along with an understanding of roles and relationships within the DoD.

Experience with classified and SAP work.

Familiarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, producing high-quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).

Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
