Stealth Mode is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for supporting the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) sector.

The Senior Program Coordinator will work closely with the C-UAS Product Manager (PM) to ensure comprehensive program oversight aligned with the PM's objectives and the overarching mission of PEO MS C-UAS. This position demands proactive engagement, critical thinking, and the ability to devise effective solutions to both routine and complex challenges. A strong foundation of trust and credibility is crucial, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced and demanding environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the management, tracking, and configuration control of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks related to C-UAS Command and Control.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management processes to facilitate seamless integration among C-UAS Command and Control personnel and other program offices.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, prioritizing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Act as a liaison for PEO MS and IFRCO leadership, maintaining the Director's strategic messaging and situational awareness.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Director's meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks that enhance the Director's leadership capabilities, including project assistance and document preparation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Director-related matters, particularly those of a sensitive nature.
  • Analyze situations and recommend appropriate actions that align with the Director's preferences and organizational policies.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with senior leadership and program teams through regular interactions.
  • Assess project statuses by collaborating with points of contact to provide accurate updates to the Director.
  • Manage office services for the C-UAS Command and Control organization, developing policies for improved workflow.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a transferrable DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Project.
  • Master's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience in military or acquisition operations, including at least 3 years in a program management office.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active/transferrable TS/SCI clearance.
  • 20 years of experience in industry or Federal Government acquisition support.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD systems acquisition and program management principles.
  • Experience with classified and Special Access Program (SAP) work.
  • Understanding of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, producing high-quality documentation.
  • Certification in Program Management (DAWIA or PMP).
