You will serve as the main liaison with essential team members to guarantee the synchronization of Operations and Program goals across different sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in Team Dynamics – devising strategies to unify multiple cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, tooling design, and production operations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant product development and delivery. Aligning and influencing the expectations and performance of both program and operations teams. Cultivating relationships with cross-functional teams, frequently spanning multiple locations. Maintaining composure and managing expectations while requirements evolve. Establishing and supervising operational plans for site teams to effectively meet program demands concerning schedule, cost, and quality/performance metrics. This encompasses hardware production, tooling design and fabrication, staffing, process innovation, and facility requirements. Collaborating with program team members and clients to ensure alignment between program needs and site strategies. Formulating recovery plans in response to issues and coordinating necessary corrective measures. Engaging in special projects as assigned and proposing enhancements to critical processes that would streamline the overall product flow. Willingness to travel up to 10% as required. Eligibility to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management. Alternatively, a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of operations management experience, or a minimum of 10 years of operations management experience in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities are preferred. Proficiency in analyzing, assessing, and devising solutions to technical challenges with minimal oversight is preferred. Familiarity with project management principles is preferred. Competence in presentation skills, including creation and delivery, is preferred. Experience in composite manufacturing within the aerospace sector is highly desirable.
