GFL Industries is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our Commercial and Industrial lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business and new business from competitors.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our available services, pricing structures, and offer additional services to prospects.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with new clients to grow revenue and meet pricing objectives.
  • Execute service agreements with customers and build relationships through participation in company-sponsored activities.
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to address customer needs.
  • Perform site visits as required and utilize CRM to manage sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas and managing a book of business.
  • 2+ years of solid waste industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, advertising, marketing, or related field (preferred).
