About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at England Logistics, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
  • Identify domestic supply chain solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing to clients and prospects
  • Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
  • Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition
  • Multitask in a Windows-based environment
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including phone mannerisms
