As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance and value of our senior housing assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with operators and leadership teams to execute strategies that improve financial outcomes and enrich the lives of our residents.
- Conducting thorough analyses to enhance financial performance, from budgeting to revenue optimization, ensuring each property achieves its full potential.
- Staying informed about the senior housing sector, identifying trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Driving revenue and net operating income (NOI) growth to fulfill the objectives of each asset, enhancing property performance, and preparing assets for their subsequent phases.
- Proactively managing revenue per occupied unit (RevPOU) and expense per occupied unit (ExpPOU) priorities across the portfolio by effectively optimizing market rental and care rates, as well as managing labor costs and utilization.
- Benchmarking expenses to ensure efficient margin management and pinpointing areas for improvement on specific assets.
- Working closely with operations to evaluate proposed renovation and repositioning initiatives for aging and underperforming properties.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, particularly within the Senior Living sector.
- A Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business, finance, or accounting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exceptional financial modeling capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A results-driven approach, adept at managing deadlines and multitasking effectively.
- A passion for working in a dynamic team setting and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
