**About the Role:**

A key position in ensuring customer satisfaction, this role coordinates preventative maintenance requests, schedules outside repairs, and plans shop work to optimize productivity and service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to meet customer needs, focusing on efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, schedule changes, billing concerns, or service issues to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Maintain all rental units to high standards, preparing them for customers and meeting their expectations.
  • Coordinate parts availability for scheduled work to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work, prioritizing reliability and performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth and success.
  • Optimize shop productivity by streamlining the work plan, eliminating waste, and improving workflows.
  • Collaborate with district billing clerks as necessary to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing.

**Location:** West Chicago, IL

**Estimated Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
