About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Whole Foods Market.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively to our Team Members. They will work closely with the Team Trainer to develop and implement training programs that foster a high-performing team environment, minimizing turnover and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide Team Members in their daily tasks and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Team Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Team Members.
  • Assist in the development of learning checklists and evaluate employee progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and customers alike.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and training best practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
