Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team at Envoy Air. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day station operations and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and organize the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure on-time dependability.
  • Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization.
  • Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
  • Conduct Agent observations and investigations.
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
  • Resolve operational issues and customer service complaints.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license (some restrictions may apply)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Estimated Salary:

$42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
