Customer Service Operations Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team at Envoy Air. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day station operations and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead and organize the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure on-time dependability.
- Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization.
- Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
- Conduct Agent observations and investigations.
- Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training.
- Resolve operational issues and customer service complaints.
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver's license (some restrictions may apply)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
$42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
