Customer Service Team Lead

The Parking Spot is a dynamic and fast-paced company that is committed to providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with regular bonus opportunities and benefits such as medical, vision, dental, life insurance, EAP, and 401(k) plan. Our supervisors play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
To be successful in this role, you must have some supervisory experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You should also be able to read and speak English sufficiently, demonstrate leadership and organizational skills, and be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process.
