Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SVP who:
- Will advance the Data Sciences and Advanced Analytics capabilities within our organization.
- Will provide strategic leadership and expertise in Advanced Analytics to enhance our service offerings and create new opportunities for our clients.
- Possesses a blend of advanced analytical skills, business insight, strategic thinking, and project management abilities, coupled with a passion for developing new teams and capabilities.
- Can navigate complex problems, manage projects from inception to completion, apply sound judgment, and convey intricate information clearly.
- Exhibits a natural curiosity, delving into data to uncover insights and make informed business cases, while exploring innovative solutions to challenges.
- Is confident in expressing informed opinions backed by data and analytics, influencing key stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to enhance marketing performance metrics, optimize consumer experiences, and forecast critical business outcomes.
- Work with intricate data structures, performing statistical analyses including marketing mix modeling, digital attribution, and predictive modeling.
- Oversee advanced analytics projects from initiation to completion, including stakeholder engagement, solution proposals, project management, and insights generation.
- Manage the analytics lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, model development, and effective communication of results.
- Deliver high-quality, actionable insights that align with client objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on project deliverables and professional development.
- Establish best practices for analytics processes, ensuring the delivery of superior analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with media strategy teams to provide insights that enhance the effectiveness of media campaigns.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience in advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analytical software, including R, Python, SQL, and relevant big data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of marketing mix modeling and attribution methodologies.
- Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with business intelligence tools and digital analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies and web analytics.
Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years in a quantitative business environment, with significant experience in strategic marketing analytics.
- Proven track record of team leadership and project management in an agency or consulting setting.
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a blend of in-office and remote work.
