About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Authentica Solutions LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives business growth and expands our reach in the education sector.
  • Brand Management: Define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience and ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content & Communications: Develop a content strategy that engages and informs our audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, and manage public relations efforts to enhance our reputation in the education sector.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and advocacy, and develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of Authentica Solutions.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and provide professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in leadership roles, particularly in the education sector. You should have a deep understanding of the education market and its unique needs, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills. Experience in marketing to international markets and familiarity with cloud-based solutions and technologies are highly desirable.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing education solutions with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Deep experience and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the EdTech sector or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and its unique needs.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
