Key Responsibilities:- Promote Westgate Resorts and its attractions to potential customers, highlighting the unique experiences and benefits of our properties.
- Engage with guests and clients to facilitate the auditing process and pre-qualify candidates for resort tours, while also promoting ticket sales and room night bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring a 5-star experience and increasing resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings.
- Utilize a consultative approach when offering discounted ticket sales and resort room bookings, optimizing guest experiences and maximizing personal commissions.
- Manage POS ticket sales terminals and balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times, ensuring a clean and clutter-free workspace.
- Stay up-to-date on ticket prices and special promotions, using this knowledge to incentivize guests to visit Westgate Resorts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Outgoing and assertive personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely.
- Positive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills, with the ability to overcome objections and provide solutions.
