Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, performing sales functions, and achieving revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored sales plans
  • Presentation, proposal, and negotiation skills to secure new business
  • Manage sales and business activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in a quota-bearing role
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client base
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits including national health insurance, flexible spending account, vision and dental plans, and 401(k) with company match.
