Business Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 salespersons to meet/exceed revenue targets, managing your own book of business, and supporting the delivery of proposals and statements of work. You will also be responsible for ensuring sales and marketing materials are updated and aligned with Ironwall's services and strategy, identifying and nurturing new customer base and revenue streams, creating and leading sales promotions and campaigns, developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, and evaluating and driving tactics to reduce sales cycle time, maximize average deal size, and increase close ratios.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of proven experience and demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, particularly for successful B2B technology services and/or SaaS. You must also be able to roll up your sleeves and help as needed to close key deals and structure offerings. Furthermore, you should be well-versed in building and optimizing sales/marketing strategies and tactics, and have demonstrated success driving and achieving positive outcomes, sales targets, and success within a competitive AND healthy environment and culture. This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission. The estimated annual salary for this position is $250K, including a generous commission schedule with no cap.
