Business Development OpportunityIronwall by Incogni is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth. This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission, with a target annual base compensation of $100-125K. On-target earnings (OTE) of over $250K are possible in the first year.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and building successful teams. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of 5-6 salespersons, and driving new customer acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage sales meetings, proposals, and RFPs
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes to reduce cycle time and increase close ratios
