Job Summary

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in front desk or guest services management
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
