Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals

  • Manage front office functions, including the front desk, guest services, and retail/gift shop
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Monitor and control department expenses to achieve budgeted goals
  • Ensure compliance with all front office policies, standards, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
