The Clinical Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical support for Patient Monitoring systems within healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the deployment of the Nihon Kohden Clinical Partnership Program across various healthcare institutions.
- Demonstrate extensive clinical expertise in Nihon Kohden Patient Monitoring technologies.
- Lead clinical implementation teams within hospitals to ensure timely and safe project completion, meeting client expectations.
- Provide clinical support during hospital testing phases.
- Participate in hospital go-live events to guarantee a seamless transition to the Nihon Kohden system.
- Address and resolve clinical issues or concerns raised by hospitals post-implementation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and submit expense reports promptly.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and nursing licensure actively.
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Adapt to changes in duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; a Master's degree in leadership is preferred.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the United States.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care settings.
- Comprehensive critical care experience, including knowledge of hemodynamics and the ability to address complex nursing challenges.
- Proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation is required.
- Experience in developing educational programs is advantageous.
- Compensation and level will vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $135,000, influenced by various factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.

Work Environment
Schedule: This full-time position typically operates from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential on-call availability. Work hours may vary based on departmental needs.
Physical Requirements: The role may involve physical activities such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing various movements. Specific requirements will be communicated as necessary.
Travel: This position requires approximately 80% travel.
Vendor Credentialing: This role necessitates compliance with vendor credentialing processes, including proof of vaccinations and adherence to healthcare facility requirements.
