About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team at YozmaTech. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will educate clients on the most relevant features, provide timely technical support, and promote customer retention and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the voice of the customer, developing and maintaining relationships that drive growth and improvement.
  • Educate clients on the most suitable features and solutions, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize client outcomes.
  • Strategically resolve complex problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote customer retention and expansion, driving business growth.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the cyber industry.
  • Proven working experience in B2B enterprise software products.
  • Technical skills in Cyber/Security are highly desirable.
  • A track record of managing a book of business (6-10 accounts) and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working in an early-stage company is preferred.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
