Job Role
This Account Growth Specialist role involves joining a results-oriented environment where you will proceed through a comprehensive training program to learn and understand our pest management services and products. You will create new business opportunities through various means and develop territory growth strategies to result in exceeding sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, college preferred
- Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
- Experience selling into multiple market segments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time colleagues are eligible for benefits starting day one, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Part-time colleagues qualify for most benefits after meeting certain criteria.
