In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients' sales teams, developing and executing business development strategies. You will be exposed to a wide variety of sales and marketing programs and business challenges from day one, enhancing your professional perspective significantly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with both FullFunnel's team and clients to develop and execute business development strategies
  • Research target audiences, build and deploy campaigns to reach and convert those audiences
  • Cold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Operations teams to deliver high-quality sales development services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 0-2 years work experience in a related field
  • Ability to learn new strategies and technologies quickly
  • Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced team environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to continuously learn
  • Coachability, drive, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
