Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)

Role Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to enhance our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to address inquiries related to sales, facilitate customer support, and manage pricing and quotations. You will utilize Axion's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to efficiently process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing pricing information and issuing quotes and order confirmations.
  • Review and process customer orders within the ERP system promptly.
  • Address emails to resolve product inquiries and appropriately route support requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and lead times, communicating order status to customers.
  • Maintain the Sharefile and Salesforce databases for existing customers and assets.
  • Assist with various projects impacting the Customer Success Team and other departments.
  • Develop familiarity with Axion's product offerings to provide accurate quotes for consumables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Sales, or a related technical field.
  • Prior experience in customer service and inside sales is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or possess Permanent Resident status (this position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship).
