  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
  • Customer-centric approach and adaptability to various personality types.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
