**Job Title:** Regional Sales Representative

**Position:** Regional Sales Representative

**Location:** Remote Opportunities Available

**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Compensation:** This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for achieving and surpassing targets.

**Training and Support:** We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration and personal growth. Sales associates will be equipped with demo product, sample kits, company apparel, and POS devices.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for trading cards and memorabilia is a plus.
