Reporting To:Chief Marketing Officer
Travel:Up to 10% regional/international travel required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels to exceed revenue targets.
- Lead on strategic partnerships, acting as Nexford's face in key presentations and webinars with major employer partners.
- Oversee sales teams across markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and supporting their professional development.
- Play a hands-on role in negotiations during B2B sales, ensuring the closure of key deals.
- Drive growth by adapting sales tactics for different markets and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the EdTech or education industry.
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote global sales teams across multiple markets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing high-value international deals.
- Experience in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
- Proven ability to lead partnerships and business development initiatives, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
