Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels to exceed revenue targets.
  2. Lead on strategic partnerships, acting as Nexford's face in key presentations and webinars with major employer partners.
  3. Oversee sales teams across markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and supporting their professional development.
  4. Play a hands-on role in negotiations during B2B sales, ensuring the closure of key deals.
  5. Drive growth by adapting sales tactics for different markets and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the EdTech or education industry.
  2. Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote global sales teams across multiple markets.
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing high-value international deals.
  4. Experience in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
  5. Proven ability to lead partnerships and business development initiatives, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
