Position Title:

Sales and Partnerships Director

Salary:

Competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings based on experience

Working Rhythm:

We value flexibility and innovation, with a standard working schedule of 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Contract Type:

Reporting To:

Chief Marketing Officer

Travel:

Up to 10% of time spent on regional and international travel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels
  • Lead on strategic partnerships, representing Nexford in key presentations and webinars with major employer partners
  • Oversee sales teams across markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and supporting their professional development
  • Negotiate and close high-value international deals
  • Drive growth by adapting sales tactics for different markets and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the EdTech or education industry
  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote global sales teams across multiple markets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing high-value international deals
  • Experience in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance
  • Proven ability to lead partnerships and business development initiatives, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics
