Sales and Partnerships Director
Location:Remote opportunity with flexibility to work from Washington DC Area
Salary:Competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings based on experience
Working Rhythm:We value flexibility and innovation, with a standard working schedule of 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Contract Type:Full-time contract with opportunities for growth and development
Reporting To:Chief Marketing Officer
Travel:Up to 10% of time spent on regional and international travel
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels
- Lead on strategic partnerships, representing Nexford in key presentations and webinars with major employer partners
- Oversee sales teams across markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and supporting their professional development
- Negotiate and close high-value international deals
- Drive growth by adapting sales tactics for different markets and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the EdTech or education industry
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling remote global sales teams across multiple markets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing high-value international deals
- Experience in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance
- Proven ability to lead partnerships and business development initiatives, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics
