Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Quality Assurance program at Medical City Lewisville.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate organizational performance improvement strategies and related policies to ensure successful quality outcomes and continuous enhancement in patient care delivery.
  • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives among performance improvement teams, medical staff, and hospital departments.
  • Oversee the hospital accreditation process and educate key personnel on compliance with Federal, State, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the development of quality indicators, data analysis, and the referral of cases for departmental peer review.
Qualifications Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Certification in Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of managerial experience in quality management or hospital administration.
  • Proven knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation standards, CMS regulations, and other relevant healthcare quality management regulations.
