Job Title: Organic Social Team Manager

At Digible, we're seeking a highly skilled Organic Social Team Manager to lead our team of experts in delivering exceptional organic social media strategies to our clients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive growth, innovation, and excellence in organic social media marketing. As an Organic Social Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, growing, and retaining a team of 6-8 employees, innovating and improving our process and strategy, and ensuring the personal growth of each team member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a team of Organic Social Specialists, Analysts, and Strategists to deliver best-in-class organic social media strategies to our clients.
  • Hire, retain, and coach your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends for both multifamily and organic social media.
  • Improve employee onboarding and training curriculum to ensure new team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, quarterly planning, and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Director of Organic Media to develop and execute annual business plans, including VTO, SMART Goals, KPIs, and Milestones.
  • Develop and implement a system for accountability and ensure team members are meeting their performance expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an organic social media role.
  • 2+ years of digital agency experience.
  • Management experience is a strong plus.
  • Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing experience is a strong plus.
