Job Description

The Account Executive Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction at IGE. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Actively pursue leads and identify potential sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to internal teams working on sold projects to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Skillset: Expertise in project management, team leadership, consensus building, and strategic communication, as well as strong interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
