Job Title: Account Executive Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive Team Lead to join our team at IGE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless execution of client projects and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Utilize company ERP and CRM software to streamline processes and manage client relationships efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create growth opportunities.
  • Effective management of a sales pipeline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and responsive to multiple concurrent projects.
