  • Manage and lead a team of siding installers.
  • Estimate project costs and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Oversee job site safety and compliance with local building codes.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, inspections, and warranties.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the siding industry.
  • Valid General Contractor (GC) license.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
