The Document Preparation Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of document preparation in the prep department. This role will ensure the timely completion of all prep jobs while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate setup, monitor, and quality control all prep production.
  • Train and monitor prep team members, ensuring they follow correct procedures and are updated on any changes to accounts.
  • Keep an accurate log of work done through production tracking systems.
  • Understand and implement proper preparation procedures for each account.
  • Track prep jobs for completion and on-time delivery.
  • Operate and maintain all prep equipment.
  • Collaborate with leads from other departments.
  • Oversee and delegate work to prep team members.
  • Manage prep supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 12 years of leading experience within manufacturing, with leading experience preferred.
  • Effective communication in written and oral English.
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates forward thinking.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring occasional standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
