Job Title: Document Preparation Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Document Preparation Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of preparation in the preparation department. This role ensures the timely completion of all preparation jobs while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, set up, monitor, and quality control all preparation production.
  • Train and monitor preparation team members, including updating them on account changes and new accounts, and ensuring correct preparation procedures are followed.
  • Keep an accurate log of work done through production tracking systems.
  • Understand proper preparation for each account.
  • Track preparation jobs for completion and on-time delivery.
  • Knowledge of how to use all preparation equipment.
  • Collaborate with leads from other departments.
  • Oversee preparation team members and delegate work accordingly.
  • Manage preparation supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of leading experience, with manufacturing leading experience being a plus.
  • Effective communication in written and oral fashion using English.
  • Takes initiative and is forward-thinking.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. The team member must occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.

Other Duties:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
