About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager II to join our Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our customer care, trust, reliability, engagement, and observability experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product development, to design and deliver new features and tools.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their scenarios and challenges, and use that feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Measure the success of products through relevant metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Azure and Microsoft to drive alignment on dependencies and ensure seamless delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • Experience using data to drive prioritization and measure progress.
  • Experience with data visualization, observability, and cloud fundamentals.
  • Experience with GitHub/GitLab or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with data analytics and related technologies, including Kusto (Azure Data Explorer), SQL, ETL technologies, machine learning (ML), and PowerBI.
What We Offer

As a Product Manager II on our team, you will have a direct and clear impact on our products and customers. You will work closely with talented engineering and data science teams, collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Azure, and have the opportunity to design, deliver, and iterate on new tools, applications, and Azure features.

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,300 - $193,200 per year, depending on location. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
