BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager II for an opportunity.

Position Title: Technical Program Manager II

Location: Onsite, 3 days a week

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 11 Months with the possibility of extension

Job Type: Contract and Onsite/Hybrid

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr.

Job Overview:

The Windows & Devices Operations group is in search of a proficient technical program manager to enhance our team by collaborating with stakeholders and the user community. This role involves identifying, documenting, testing, and overseeing the production release of additional content for our AI Assistant, which aids users in self-service while boosting team productivity. A solid background in automated testing is essential, as the candidate will work with our team to further develop automated testing for our backlog of features released over the past fiscal year. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation in software development, exceptional communication skills, and the proven ability to manage and translate intricate technical challenges into clear and actionable features that empower our customers in managing their budgeting and forecasting needs. A strong inclination towards innovation, security, and compliance is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, test, and oversee the production release of additional content for our AI Assistant. Provide precise specifications to align with the Tools Team and our stakeholder community.
  • Partner with our development and tools team to create automated testing for our backlog of features released over the past year.
  • Work with the tools team to prioritize and schedule the production release of both AI assistant and automated testing content.
  • Be the voice of the partner and customer, advocating for their experience during product development.
  • Articulate the desired outcomes and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Owners, and the Development team to rapidly deliver solutions through an Agile process.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Technical background - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with automated testing.
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Advanced Excel and Pivot table skills.
  • Ability to visualize how data can be interconnected in useful ways.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical PM background.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Business Analysis background.
  • Finance background.
  • Experience with Power BI embedded.
