Position Overview:

The Windows & Devices Operations team is in search of a proficient Technical Program Manager to collaborate with stakeholders and the user community. This role focuses on identifying, documenting, testing, and overseeing the production release of new content for our AI Assistant, aimed at enhancing user self-service capabilities while boosting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to define, document, and test new content for the AI Assistant.
  • Provide clear specifications to align with the Tools Team and the broader stakeholder community.
  • Collaborate with development and tools teams to establish automated testing for the backlog of features released in the previous fiscal year.
  • Prioritize and schedule production releases for both the AI Assistant and automated testing content.
  • Act as the voice of the partner and customer, advocating for their experience throughout product development.
  • Facilitate end-to-end scenario walkthroughs and functional design discussions.
  • Work closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Development teams to deliver solutions efficiently through Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
  • Technical background with a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Finance preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in automated testing.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Pivot tables.
  • Ability to visualize data connections in meaningful ways.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Background in Agile development.
  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Finance-related experience.
  • Experience with Power BI embedded solutions.

Compensation:

BCforward offers a competitive compensation package, with hourly rates ranging from $55 to $60, based on factors such as experience and job responsibilities.
